After training at the Art Institute of Los Angeles’ School of Culinary Arts, Chef Pechan stepped into the kitchens of Rockenwagner, Patina Catering, Chive, and Falcon where he honed his skills and developed his talent for menu design and picture perfect presentation.
Since joining The Ebell in 2004, Chef Pechan has been at the culinary helm of some of Los Angeles’ most prestigious events including The National Academy of Recording Arts & Science’s Nominee Reception, The Grammy Foundation’s Grammy Week Event, The Environmental Media Awards Gala, and the Hollywood Humane Society’s Annual Holiday Vegan Brunch.
When that perfectly prepared plate is placed on the table, friends and loved ones will dazzle at the delight on their taste buds. Whether preparing a gala menu for 1,400 or an intimate multi-course wine pairing dinner, Chef Louis Pechan enjoys taking your special occasion to the ultimate level.
